What do I do if I missed paying the toll?

If you missed paying a toll, please call the E-ZPass Customer Service Center within 2 business days. You can reach them at 1-888-860-9361 Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm. They can assist you with payment over the phone. Please note an administrative fee may apply. If you wait longer than 2 business days, the missed toll may count as a violation and additional administrative fees may be added
